Orders & pricing
All prices are in USD and include applicable product costs; shipping is free within the United States unless stated otherwise. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund. Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days and typically delivered within 8-10 business days; see our Shipping Policy for details.
Products
Peachly products are personal-care grooming tools for external use on clean, dry skin, provided "as is" for everyday consumer use. Follow the simple guidance we publish: use on clean, dry skin at roughly a 45-degree angle, and avoid broken, irritated, or breakout-prone areas. Because a facial razor is a personal, skin-contact tool, we ask that you keep any packs you do not plan to use sealed for hygiene reasons; this does not affect your 30-day money-back guarantee. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
Payments
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
